SEND Projects - Challenges & Lessons
In spite of the many results achieved and successes chalked, it has not been all smooth sailing in the implementation of our programmes/projects. Just as there is no rose without thorns, so challenges are encountered along the way and various lessons are learnt. Challenges are usually unforeseen risk elements that negatively influence the implementation of a programme.

Lessons on the other hand, are positive or negative experiences the organisation has gained that could influence future programmes, either to change or maintain implementation strategies of a given programme/project. These lessons and challenges may also serve as pointers to others who may intend taking up similar development initiatives...
