SEND is managed by a Board of Directors comprising three women and four men. The board is responsible for policy making.
It guides management during strategic planning and program development. The Chief Executive Officer is the Administrative head of the organization with responsibility for the day to day running of the organization.
In each country, he is supported by a Program staff headed by a Director. |
